Ahuma Bosco Ocansey aka Daddy Bosco is the Director of Communications and Special Projects of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) and onetime Administrator of the Union.
A thirty year veteran of the industry with extensive experience as a media executive, broadcaster, journalist, he was an award winning Programmes Director of Adom FM a leading radio station in Ghana and later PD for Music and Entertainment for Multimedia responsible for Joy FM and Hitz FM. Ahuma has also been involved in the creative sector as a musician and impresario and has been on the board of some of the leading awards events in Ghana including the VGMAs, Bass Awards and the Legends and Legacy (LAL)Ball.
He is a passionate believer in Africa's future through leveraging technology particularly, the benefits of social media for continental development.
He also has extensive experience in community work having worked as Secretary to the EWF Farmers’ Cooperative and later the Sons of Zion Farmers’ Cooperative in Ghana and is currently the Overseer of the Twelve Tribes of Israel in Ghana and President of the Rastafari Council of Ghana.
Ahuma is the current Secretary of the Board and is seeking re-election for a second and final term.
